5. How can I place an order? You can place an order through our online shop. Simply browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
6. Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer international shipping for all our products. Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
7. How do you ship your stickers? Stickers are typically shipped via letter mail with standard postage stamps for domestic orders. Larger items like pins, shirts, apothecary items, and candles are shipped via standard mail services with tracking.
8. How can I track my order? For items shipped with tracking, you will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Unfortunately, stickers shipped via letter mail do not include tracking.
9. What should I do if my order is lost or damaged? For stickers shipped via letter mail, we offer replacements for lost or damaged items. For other items shipped with tracking, please contact us if your order is lost or damaged during transit, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

14. What is your return policy? We do not accept returns for non-custom items. Additionally we do not offer returns for change of mind. Damaged or lost items, however will be replaced. Please contact us to initiate a replacement order.
