Fandom Crafts Company ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping for various products including stickers, pins, shirts, apothecary items, and candles.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Stickers:

    • Shipping Method: Stickers are typically shipped via letter mail with standard postage stamps. Shipping charge for tracking optional.
    • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days within the United States.
    • In addition, please allow 2-3 business days for production as each item is made to order.
  • Pins, Clothing, Apothecary Items, and Candles:

    • Shipping Method: These items are shipped via standard mail services with tracking.
    • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days within the United States.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping for all products.
  • Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Estimated delivery time is 14-21 business days.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Stickers:

    • Domestic: A flat rate of $1.00 per order. Unless stated otherwise.
    • International: A flat rate of $3.00 per order.
  • Pins, Shirts, Apothecary Items, and Candles:

    • Domestic: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
    • International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

5. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

6. Tracking and Insurance

  • Stickers: Shipped via letter mail with stamps do not include tracking or insurance. The $5 optional tracking however, does.
  • Pins, Shirts, Apothecary Items, and Candles: Shipped with tracking and insurance for added security and peace of mind.

7. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

  • For stickers shipped via letter mail, we offer replacements or refunds for lost or damaged items due to the nature of the shipping method.
  • For other items shipped with tracking, please contact us if your order is lost or damaged during transit. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

9. Custom and Import Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
